reserve some for sprinkling on top of the salad wedges
Wedge Salad

head
iceberg lettuce (medium size)
cut into 4 wedges
4
strips cooked bacon
crumbled

red onion
diced

tomato
diced
blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
Blue Cheese Dressing
Combine all ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.
Whisk to combine.
Wedge Salad
Place a wedge of iceberg lettuce on a small plate.
Drizzle blue cheese salad dressing on top of the wedge.
Sprinkle diced tomatoes, onions, and bacon on top.
Top with a sprinkling of blue cheese crumbles.
Repeat process on each wedge of iceberg lettuce.
