Turkey and Apple Sandwich

A quick and delicious sandwich that brings new life to a regular ol' turkey sandwich!

  • 8 slices bread preferably sourdough
  • 12-16 slices turkey breast
  • 8 slices cheese swiss, gouda, or cheddar
  • 2 granny smith apples thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • mustard stone ground
  • mayonnaise


  • For each sandwich, spread mustard on one slice of bread and mayonnaise on the other slice of bread.
  • Place the onions on top of one slice of bread. Then place two slices of cheese on top of the other slice of bread.
  • Next place the turkey slices on top of the onions. Then place the apples on top of the cheese.
  • Carefully place one half of the sandwich on top of the other half of the sandwich.


Can substitute the type of cheese, apples, or mustard according to your preferences.
