Instant Pot Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 10 oz bag frozen cut green beans
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 16 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • ¼ cup water


  • Using the saute function on the pressure cooker, cook the ground beef on medium heat.
  • As the beef is cooking, add the water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Incorporate into the beef.
  • Once the beef is cooked, turn off the pressure cooker. Spread the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the top of the beef.
  • Spread the green beans evenly on top of the cream of mushroom soup and beef.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top of everything.
  • Place the frozen tater tots on top of all the layers and distribute them evenly.
  • Place the lid on the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • When the cook cycle is done, turn off the pressure cooker, remove the lid, and serve.
