This soothing Honey Lemon Tea recipe is a perfect simple drink to have on hand throughout the cold winter months. It also is a great drink to have when you are feeling under the weather. And with three different variations, you can enjoy it multiple ways!

Soothing Lemon Honey Tea

When cold weather rolls around I love to have a nice warm drink in hand. However, I am not a big fan of coffee or most teas. That means that hot chocolate is my drink of choice. But I consider hot chocolate to be a special treat, and it is not something I want to drink everyday. The dilemma of wanting a cozy beverage that I could drink everyday led me on a quest to find another type of hot beverage that I could enjoy. And that is how I came up with this Soothing Lemon Honey Tea. I love to drink this tea when I wake up on cold mornings, or when I warm up after being outside in cold weather. And what is even more fun is that over the years I have created a couple of variations to it. Each one is delightful in its own way and serves a unique purpose. This is a very kid friendly drink too. My kids really like it and will ask for it on cold mornings.
